Where players report being held up at the ID check

What is measured: documented complaints, when ID is demanded, payout speed. We wanted to rank verification SPEED, but a stated number of days existed for only two casinos out of fifty. Documented complaints exist for all fifty, so the measure is friction, not speed.

The figure beside each casino is the fact itself, not a score out of ten. The ten-point numbers we use elsewhere are useful for adding things up and useless for telling two casinos apart on one dimension — they group everyone into a handful of bands. Here the order comes from the underlying value.
