6.2 / 10 #36 of 50 overall Since 2018ACMA recordGenesis Global (historically)

VegasHero has been running since 2018, on the best date we could confirm and it sits inside the Genesis Global (historically) group, 2 brands of which are ranked here.

The welcome package is 200%, up to A$750, 200 free spins, and the cashier does not state how long a withdrawal takes.

It names Costa Rica in the footer but publishes no licence number, so there is nothing to check it against. The Australian regulator has named it in enforcement action. Players have documented hold-ups at the identity check.

The lobby we captured held about 271 games. Deposits run through Mastercard and Visa.

What players say about VegasHero

5 reviews left by Australian players, averaging 8.0 out of 10.

Hemi K. September 2026 6.7

Nowhere on VegasHero does it say how long a withdrawal takes. That is a strange thing to leave out, and it turned out to mean longer than I would have chosen.

Georgia J. August 2026 7.4

VegasHero is quick on a phone, the balance is always visible, and nothing popped up over the top of a game while I was in it.

Qiao C. August 2026 7.9

VegasHero has been around since 2018, which counts for something in a market where brands appear and vanish inside a year. Support answers, if not quickly.

Sabin N. May 2026 8.5

The VegasHero welcome package (A$750 plus 200 spins) is genuinely large and the wagering did not have a hidden game-contribution clause buried in it. Read the terms anyway, but they are written in English.

Evie E. August 2026 9.3

The loyalty side of VegasHero is more than a points bar — cashback actually landed, and it landed without my having to ask for it.
