What is worth writing about
A wrong fact. A licence number that has changed, a bonus that no longer exists, a withdrawal time we have quoted from an outdated page, a casino that has closed. These are the messages we act on fastest.
A missing brand. We cover 50 Australian casinos. If a live operator belongs in that list, say which and why.
A disagreement with the method. The 5-part score is described on the about page. If you think a part is weighted wrongly or measures the wrong thing, that is a useful argument to receive.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino and we have no relationship with your account. We cannot release a withdrawal, reverse a bonus, lift a verification hold or recover a balance. Those go to the operator, and then to its licensing body. We also do not publish guest posts, sell links, or accept payment for a review or a placement — the advertiser disclosure explains why.
